Looking for alumni who have art projects displayed in the high school!
A reminder that as the high school is being remodeled this school year to become the new Nolley, the work of our Art 4 Alumni permanent art display needs to come down. We would like to return these outstanding works, that have given our high school such a unique flavor for many years, to their creators. Below is a listing of remaining works still on display. If you are one of these artists or know or know of the artist where about or know their family, please make them aware that they need to make the necessary arrangements ASAP. These artists, or family members should call the high school secretary, Mrs. Robyn Miller 330-882-3291. Their work will be taken down and available in the front office to be picked up. Your help is greatly appreciated with this task!

Here are the testing dates for all End of Course (EOC) exams in April. We will be on a delayed start April 16, 17, 18, 23, 24 & 25.
Students in classes that will be tested are made aware in plenty of time to prepare.
Seniors of the month are nominated by the members of Manchester's chapter of the National Honor Society and then voted on by the faculty. Congratulations to the March students of the month: Brody Jackovitch and Sara Gissinger!
Brody wrestles for the MHS wrestling team and is employed at Guiseppe's Pizza. When he is not in school, or working, he enjoys including lifting, playing video games, and hanging out with his friends. Brody showed tremendous commitment and growth in the wrestling program this year and his leadership was noticed!
Sarah is currently a member of the cosmetology program at the PLCC and has been for the last two years. She is a member of the National Technical Honor Society at the PLCC. On top of this, she has also played four years of high school volleyball. Sarah is a hard worker who enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In her free time she enjoys playing volleyball. After high school Sarah plans to be a cosmetologist.
Congratulations again to Brody and Sarah !
Announcements for the week of April 22-26, 2024
As a reminder, "End of Course" testing begins tomorrow. We will have 3 days on a "delayed start" schedule. This means students who are testing will arrive at the normal start time, but other students do not need to be at MHS until 9:45 a.m. Ask your teacher if you are uncertain of any specific tests.
Students not testing can still ride the bus in the morning; we will have a study hall available for you from 7:45 - 9:45. Or, you can also arrange a ride to school to arrive at 9:45. Normal busing will be provided in the afternoon.
Half day PLCC students need to communicate with teachers during this time. There will be days where you may have to stay at MHS longer than normal to fulfill academic assignments, and other days you are able to leave at their normal time.
CC+ students may need to adjust their schedules as well in order to be in all necessary classes at MHS on these days.
Please remember to charge your Chromebooks and get a good night's sleep, as these EOC results are important to your graduation!
Art Club will have a meeting this Wednesday directly afterschool. All art club members should plan to attend.

Old MHS yearbooks are available for purchase!
It is time to clean out the collection of past yearbooks we have at the high school! It is a bit of a random collection of books, as we have more of some years than others. There are a few years which we don’t have any available. We will do our best to fill orders as they come in and reply to those we cannot fill.
We do not have funds available to ship yearbooks so all orders will need to be picked up at the high school and paid for at the time of pick up. All yearbooks 2020 or earlier will be sold for $10. 2021 and 2022 will be $45. The 2023 yearbook cost is $60.
(The higher prices are for books that contain current students and follow sales guidelines.)
Looking at the inventory - anything older than 1995 is a little scarcer so we may not have those books available.
